Aneisa Young Bolton is the CEO of Asiena International and is known for her accessible and intuitive leadership manner. She sets the tone for fearless self-evaluation and, in the course of a session, each person’s value and creative potential emerges. Obstacles that block growth and fulfillment of the vision are cleared away to create successful outcomes.

Aneisa comes from a diverse background that enables her to provide exceptional services to produce maximum benefit. She has a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor Arts degree in Pre-Medical and Ethnic Studies with a minor in Chemistry from California State University Long Beach. She has a unique ability apply creative solutions while appreciating the value of thorough analysis to evaluate outcomes.

She has benefitted from working with a variety of organizations ranging from Bank of America, Investor's Business Daily, Pioneer Electronics,  the City of Long Beach, numerous school districts, LA County Probation and California Department of Corrections to name a few. Her exceptional ability to work with people from many backgrounds, skill levels and perspectives has perfectly prepared her to provide exceptional services in varying environments.
