Both
Aneisa’s
father
and
husband
are
musicians;
hence,
she has
spent
most of
her life
deciphering
the
creative
voices
and
temperaments
of those
around
her.
Since
2000,
Aneisa
has
designed
and
facilitated
workshops,
retreats
and
learning
programs
in the
private
and
public
sector
and,
more
recently,
in the
entertainment
industry.
She has
taught
negotiation
theory
and
communication
skills
as an
adjunct
faculty
member
at
California
State
University,
Dominguez
Hills
and at
Westwood
College.
Aneisa
has a
master’s
degree
in
negotiation,
conflict
resolution
and
peace
building
with a
concentration
in
mediation
from
California
State
University,
Dominguez
Hills.
Her
training
also
includes
mediation
training
with
both the
L.A.
County
Bar
Association
and the
U.S.
Equal
Employment
Opportunity
Commission.
She also
studied
professional
coaching
and
effective
team
building
at The
Game of
Work
Institute
and the
University
of
Transformational
Studies
and
Leadership
at
Agape
under
the
direction
of
Michael
Bernard
Beckwith.
