Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Negotiation and Conflict can be stressful and overwhelming. Asiena International has a very experienced and compassionate team of negotiators and mediators that assist individuals and organizations in preparing for and facilitating negotiation and conflict resolution processes. Our team includes mediators with an emphasis in divorce & relationship (family), organizations, community, group and workplace conflict as well as high level negotiation facilitated by expert negotiators.

Aneisa has a master’s degree in negotiation, conflict resolution and peace building with a concentration in mediation from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Her training also includes mediation training with both the L.A. County Bar Association and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She has taught negotiation theory and communication skills as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Dominguez Hills and at Westwood College.
