Martin L. Phillips, has managed over $250  million in real estate development projects since 2000, representing over $200 million in residential land development, $50+ million in office, retail and industrial space. In addition to being a dynamic and talented hands-on project manager leader, he is sought after by clients for his in-depth networks and relationship with cities, architects, an construction experts. Mr. Phillips has become a sought after consultant for his skills in the management of construction, entitlement and development of large scale and complex real estate projects.

 

Mr. Phillips graduated in 1996 from San Diego State University with a BA in History in three years after serving in the United States Navy for seven years. He obtained a Land Use and Environmental Planning certificate from University California Riverside in 2007. He is currently enrolled in a Master in Science program for Project Management with an emphasis in Construction Management from Northeastern University located in Boston, MA.
