operations and
strategic planning.

Aneisa has a master’s degree in
negotiation,
conflict resolution
and peace building
with a concentration
in mediation from
California State
University,
Dominguez Hills and
a Bachelor’s degree
in Pre-Medical and
Ethnic studies with
a minor in
Chemistry. Her
training also
includes mediation
training with both
the L.A. County Bar
Association and the
U.S. Equal
Employment
Opportunity
Commission. She also
studied professional
coaching and
effective team
building at Peak
Potentials, PSI
Seminars, The Game
of Work Institute
and the University
of Transformational
Studies and
Leadership at Agape.
Her educational background, training
and experience
enable her to apply
intuitive solutions
with scientific
analysis for optimal
results. Her
training and
experience plays a
significant role in
being able to
provide exceptional

variety of groups

government entities,
school districts,
engineers,
